1. General Provisions

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

ck447 services are available only to those aged 21 or above. Any account belonging to a minor (under 21) will be immediately closed and all deposited funds will be returned.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (the original deposit plus the bonus must be wagered 15 times).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

5.3 VIP Program

• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity and engagement on the platform.

6. Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activities on ck447 are governed by the following rules.

6.1 Wagering Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• ck447 reserves the right to void bets accepted unintentionally due to technical errors.
• If suspicious activity or evidence of manipulation is found, the bet will be voided and the account suspended.

6.2 Game Rules

• All games are operated using true random number generator (RNG) technology.
• If a connection is lost during a live dealer game, the result of that hand will stand.
• If an abnormal result occurs due to a software or hardware error, that round may be voided.

7. Prohibited Activities

• The account remaining inactive for a long period.

12.1 After Account Closure

If an account is closed in the normal course (without a breach of terms), all eligible balances will be returned. If closed due to a breach of terms, bonus funds and suspicious winnings may be forfeited.
